To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a Production Operator (m/f/x) to join the work planning and cutting department at Weimar GmbH in Lotte—a company of the ELA Group—as soon as possible.

Your Future Role

• Work planning and material cutting for production
• Cutting materials according to drawings, bills of materials, and work orders
• Operating machines and tools
• Quality control of manufactured parts
• Optimizing workflows and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

What You Bring to the Team

• Work experience in production, cutting, or work planning is a plus
• Manual dexterity and a meticulous, quality-conscious approach to work
• Willingness to perform hands-on work and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Independence, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team
• Good knowledge of German
