In this role, you’ll combine organisational skills with technical know-how and a clear, structured approach to your work.

Your Future RolePlanning and organising a smooth production process in coordination with the other production areasMonitoring the effectiveness of the production processes and availability of the auxiliary materials usedSupporting the station manager in recording and documenting additional workContinuous coordination with the other stations within productionSupporting personnel planning and carrying out employee trainingWhat you bring to the TeamSuccessfully completed training in a skilled trade, e.g. carpenter, industrial mechanic, fitter (m/f/x) etc., supplemented by a master craftsman, technician or comparable qualificationExperience in a production environment, ideally with knowledge of manufacturing processes and cross-departmental collaborationGood communication skills and a transparent way of
