Translate product vision into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with the Product Owner to refine requirements into robust system designsDesign and implement modular, maintainable, and production-grade tooling, aligned to automation, reuse, and multi-site deployment needsIntegrate production tools into the broader ecosystem (e.g., MES, analytics platforms, data pipelines) ensuring seamless data flow and interoperabilitySupport deployment and industrialization at CMs, ensuring tools are stable, compatible, and ready for high-volume production environmentsDrive technical quality and reliability, including testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production toolsOwnership & IntegrityEmbed continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability while role‑modelling Advantest INTEGRITY valuesJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in industrial

engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus Strong software engineering background, with experience building scalable, maintainable systems in industrial or production environmentsHands-on experience in production tooling or manufacturing systems, ideally including automation, testing, or repair workflowsSolid understanding of system integration and data-driven architectures (e.g., APIs, MES, data platforms) within complex environmentsProven ability to work in close partnership with product owners and external development partners, contributing to solution design and technical decision-makingStrong problem-solving and ownership mindset, with experience supporting production-critical systems and resolving issues under real operational constraintsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Production Engineering
