YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnosing and analyzing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults on machinery and equipment
• Developing and implementing measures to prevent future malfunctions and optimize equipment availability
• Replacing and repairing defective components as well as carrying out root cause analyses and troubleshooting
• Performing preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair work
• Carrying out and supervising machine installations, dismantling, transportation, and commissioning activities
• Creating and updating maintenance plans and defining intervals for preventive measures
• Documenting completed work in maintenance systems and preparing reports on root causes and corrective actions taken
• Cooperating with external service providers and coordinating contractors, including safety briefings and monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Continuously improving maintenance processes and working closely with production teams to optimize operational procedures

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed vocational training in industrial mechanics, precision mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of production equipment
• Experience working with pneumatic and mechanical assemblies
• Strong knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and fault rectification
• Solid technical understanding and confident handling of tools and technical drawings
• Good computer skills (MS Office), a high sense of responsibility, and an independent, solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and willingness to work shifts and participate in an on-call duty system
