Chemikanten / Mitarbeiter Produktion (m/w/d)

• Betreiben und Überwachen der gesamten Produktionsanlage aus der zentralen Messwarte
• Qualitätskontrolle der laufenden Produktion im Betriebslabor
• Ergreifen und/oder Veranlassen der entsprechenden Maßnahmen bei Störungen und Abweichungen vom Sollzustand
• Rückmeldung an den Schichtmeister bei Abweichungen vom Sollzustand in einem Produktionsbereich
• Kommunikation mit den Kollegen der EVONIK-Messwarte bei auftretenden Problemen in der Rohstoffversorgung seitens der EVONIK
• Nach Abstimmung mit dem Schichtmeister, Ergreifen und/oder Veranlassen der entsprechenden Maßnahmen bei Abweichung von der Produktspezifikation, z.b. Oberfläche, pH-Wert usw
• QM-gerechtes Führen von Kontroll- und Produktions- und qualitätsrelevanten Tabellen, z.b. SPC-Karten
• Überwachen des Produktionsgeländes außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeit mit Hilfe der angebrachten Überwachungskameras (zentraler Monitor)
• Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Aushilfe in der Abfüllung und Außenanlage bei Bedarf
